They govern your access to and use of the Roamer website, Android app, iOS app, APIs, software, features, and related services.
Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, or accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

Questions, notices, disputes, or legal inquiries concerning these Terms or the Service can be sent to support@bearoamer.com.
1. Agreement, eligibility, and accounts
- These Terms govern your use of Roamer (the “Service”) and apply when you agree to them, including by selecting a sign-in or account-creation action accompanied by a notice linking to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service under these Terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority where you live, and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The Service is not intended for or directed to individuals under 18.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or another security compromise. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or share credentials in a manner that compromises account or Service security.
- Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices. Acknowledging that policy is not blanket consent to optional processing; separate permissions and choices may apply to features such as connected Gmail, device location, and notifications.
2. Permission to use Roamer
- Subject to these Terms and applicable law, Lumin grants you a limited, personal, worldwide, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and nonsublicensable license to access and use Roamer for your own lawful travel planning and related purposes, including leisure and business travel.
- This license does not permit resale, redistribution, commercial exploitation, or operation of the Service on behalf of third parties unless Lumin expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
- You may not scrape, crawl, spider, harvest, or systematically extract data, itineraries, listings, or other content from the Service through automated tools or systematic manual processes without our express written permission.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover or derive source code, algorithms, models, or underlying components of the Service, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
- You may not introduce malicious code; interfere with, disrupt, overload, or impair the Service; bypass authentication, rate limits, usage limits, or security controls; access another person’s account without authorization; exploit undocumented or unapproved API access; or create replacement accounts to evade a suspension.
- You may not use Roamer to commit fraud, harass or threaten others, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute unlawful content, violate applicable law, or assist another person in doing any of the foregoing.
- You may not use the Service to develop or operate a competing product through systematic extraction or replication of substantial portions of the Service.
- Feature availability and usage limits may depend on your account, location, device, beta access, and third-party availability. Permission to use Roamer does not guarantee continued access to any particular feature.
3. Travel information, reservations, and non-agency
- Roamer is a travel-planning technology platform. Unless we expressly state otherwise for a particular feature, Lumin is not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, hotel, restaurant, common carrier, insurer, immigration adviser, medical provider, government agency, or emergency service.
- Lumin does not itself issue, sell, operate, fulfill, or guarantee travel reservations or travel services unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific feature.
- Itineraries, prices, budgets, currency conversions, travel times, opening hours, weather, reservation details, flight updates, visa guidance, and alerts may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable. Verify important details directly with the relevant provider or official authority before acting.
- Creating, importing, updating, rescheduling, or deleting an itinerary item in Roamer generally changes only the information stored in Roamer. It does not, by itself, book, rebook, modify, or cancel the underlying airline, hotel, restaurant, transportation, tour, or other third-party reservation.
- You are responsible for confirming and managing reservations directly with the applicable provider and for any fees, deadlines, cancellations, refunds, penalties, or other provider terms.
- Expense and budget features provide records and estimates. They do not transfer money, settle debts, or provide financial advice. Exports to connected expense services may create records in those services when you request them.
4. AI, live-trip, routing, and safety features
- Roamer may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated systems, and third-party data sources to generate or assist with itineraries, suggestions, summaries, packing ideas, budgets, reservation interpretations, receipt processing, destination information, estimated travel times, and other features.
- AI and automated systems can make mistakes. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, unavailable, misleading, unsuitable, or unsafe for your circumstances. Review outputs and changes before relying on them.
- Some assistant actions may propose changes for your confirmation, while others may update supported preferences or trip details directly when you request them. Review the resulting trip and keep independent copies of essential travel information.
- Travel times, routes, transit information, and similar information are estimates and may not reflect current traffic, weather, construction, closures, delays, airport security lines, local conditions, or transit disruptions. You are responsible for allowing sufficient time for connections, check-in, security screening, transportation, and other travel requirements.
- Live-trip reminders, geofences, running-late alerts, background updates, and similar functionality depend on location accuracy, permissions, connectivity, device settings, time zones, and provider data. They may be delayed, missing, or wrong, including while offline or while the app is in the background.
- Information provided through Roamer is for general travel-planning purposes and does not constitute legal, immigration, medical, financial, insurance, safety, or other professional advice.
- ROAMER IS NOT AN EMERGENCY DISPATCH SERVICE, SAFETY MONITORING SERVICE, OR REAL-TIME EMERGENCY NAVIGATION SYSTEM. Do not rely on Roamer as your sole source for visas, passports, entry or health requirements, safety decisions, legal or financial obligations, or emergency navigation. Contact the appropriate local emergency services or authorities when needed.
5. Your content and sharing
- You may submit, upload, import, sync, create, or share information through Roamer, including itineraries, reservations, notes, expenses, receipts, photos, documents, messages, preferences, and other materials (“User Content”). As between you and Lumin, you retain ownership of User Content and any intellectual property rights you hold in it.
- You must have the rights and permissions necessary to upload, import, or share User Content, including information concerning other travelers.
- You grant Lumin a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, transmit, display, modify, format, analyze, synchronize, and otherwise process User Content only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Service; provide features you request; maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the Service; prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; comply with law; provide support; and improve Roamer as permitted by our Privacy Policy.
- Lumin may authorize service providers and your chosen collaborators to process User Content where reasonably necessary for those purposes and your sharing choices.
- Lumin’s use of User Content in connection with artificial intelligence and machine-learning systems is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable disclosures within the Service. Unless we clearly disclose otherwise and obtain any consent required by applicable law, Lumin does not sell your private itinerary content as personal data or use private itinerary content to train publicly available general-purpose foundation models.
- Third-party service providers, including AI providers, may process User Content on Lumin’s behalf where necessary to provide Service functionality, subject to applicable contractual arrangements and our Privacy Policy.
- Collaborators may access and, depending on their role, change shared trip information. Public or shared links can expose itinerary information and associated profile information to anyone with access. Recipients may be able to view, copy, download, screenshot, modify, or further share information. Revoking access cannot recall copies already made outside the Service.
- You may delete certain User Content or your account using available Service functionality or by contacting us. Following deletion, User Content may remain temporarily in backups, logs, security records, or systems where immediate deletion is technically impracticable.
- We may retain information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect the security and integrity of the Service. Information previously shared with or independently copied by other users may remain available to those users. Additional retention and deletion information is provided in our Privacy Policy.
- Do not submit sensitive information that a feature does not need. You are responsible for your sharing choices and for respecting the rights of people whose information you include.
6. Lumin and Roamer intellectual property
- Except for User Content and third-party materials, Lumin and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, interfaces, branding, text, graphics, databases, functionality, and associated intellectual property rights.
- “Roamer,” Lumin’s logos, and related branding may be trademarks or service marks of Lumin LLC. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our names, trademarks, logos, or branding except as necessary to use the Service or as expressly authorized by us.
- If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, feedback, feature requests, or recommendations regarding Roamer (“Feedback”), you grant Lumin a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, commercialize, and otherwise exploit that Feedback without restriction or compensation to you. Feedback does not include private User Content merely because it is processed through the Service.
7. Connected and third-party services
- Roamer may depend on, integrate with, link to, or display information obtained from third-party services, including authentication, storage, hosting, AI, maps, travel data, payment, notifications, diagnostics, email, expense-sharing, and social platforms.
- Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Third-party services and APIs may be modified, restricted, interrupted, discontinued, or made unavailable without notice.
- Third-party information displayed through Roamer—including prices, availability, schedules, ratings, reviews, operating hours, locations, routes, and travel information—may change without notice. Lumin does not control and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of information supplied by third parties.
- If Roamer links or directs you to a third party to make a reservation, purchase, or other transaction, the transaction is between you and that third party unless Roamer expressly states otherwise. Lumin is not responsible for the third party’s products, services, fulfillment, cancellations, refunds, pricing, customer service, or other acts or omissions, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
- The presence of a third-party link, listing, integration, recommendation, or other reference does not by itself constitute an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee by Lumin.
- Gmail is optional. Its use is described in our Privacy Policy and is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
- If you connect Splitwise, Roamer may retain encrypted OAuth credentials and send selected trip and expense information to Splitwise when you request an export. Disconnecting an integration does not automatically erase records already imported into Roamer or exported to that provider.
8. Google Maps and places
- Roamer includes Google Maps features and Google Maps/Places content for maps, places, photos, directions, nearby suggestions, itinerary locations, and travel context.
- Google Maps features and content are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
- Maps, directions, traffic, walking times, venue details, photos, opening hours, and route estimates may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Use independent judgment and verify critical details.
9. Payments, subscriptions, trials, and promotions
- Roamer currently has no paid consumer subscriptions. Any future purchase, subscription, paid trial, or other paid Service will require separately presented pricing and material purchase terms before you are charged.
- If you purchase a paid feature or subscription in the future, the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, refund terms, and other material purchase terms will be disclosed before purchase as required by applicable law.
- Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or mobile application stores, and additional terms imposed by those providers may apply.
- If a subscription automatically renews, we will provide disclosures, notices, and cancellation options as required by applicable law.
- These Terms alone do not authorize a charge or subscription. Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
- Promotional offers, trials, discounts, referral programs, or credits may be subject to additional terms presented with the applicable offer.
10. Service availability, changes, and beta features
- Roamer is an evolving service. We may add, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features or portions of the Service from time to time, subject to applicable law and any applicable purchase commitments.
- We do not guarantee that any particular feature, integration, destination, provider, or functionality will remain available indefinitely.
- Some features may be identified as beta, experimental, preview, early access, or similar. Such features may be incomplete, contain errors, change materially, or be discontinued.
- Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of a material reduction or discontinuation and an opportunity to retrieve your content.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lumin is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, labor disputes, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, cloud-provider outages, cyberattacks, third-party service failures, or failures of utilities or infrastructure.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
- LUMIN LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- LUMIN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT INFORMATION WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT; THAT DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR TRAVEL, RESERVATION, FINANCIAL, OR OTHER OUTCOME WILL OCCUR.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers. In those jurisdictions, these disclaimers apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUMIN LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.
- This includes, where permitted by law, damages relating to lost profits or revenue; lost opportunities; loss of goodwill; loss or corruption of data; missed reservations; missed flights, trains, or connections; travel delays; additional travel expenses; itinerary inaccuracies; incorrect recommendations; third-party cancellations or failures; or reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unavailable information.
- These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if Lumin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUMIN LLC’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO LUMIN FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights, or remedies to the extent they cannot lawfully be excluded, waived, or limited. This includes statutory consumer guarantees, privacy rights, and other mandatory protections. The exclusions and limitations in these Terms apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Indemnification
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lumin LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, penalties, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or relating to User Content you submit, upload, or share; your infringement or violation of another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; your unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally harmful use of the Service; your material breach of these Terms; or your violation of applicable law.
- Your indemnification obligations do not apply to the extent a claim results from Lumin’s own negligence, willful misconduct, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.
- Lumin may, at its own expense, assume exclusive control of the defense of a matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. If it does, you agree to reasonably cooperate in that defense.
14. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
- We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service where we reasonably determine that you materially violated these Terms; your activity creates a security, fraud, abuse, or legal risk; your use threatens the Service or other users; we are required to do so by law; or continued provision of the Service is no longer reasonably practicable.
- Examples include suspected fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful use, material violations of these Terms, ineligible accounts, and attempts to circumvent a suspension.
- Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, we may provide notice before termination. We may act immediately without advance notice where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to avoid compromising an investigation or causing harm.
- You may ask us to review a restriction or termination by contacting support@bearoamer.com. This review option does not limit any legal remedy or right to contact a regulator.
- You may stop using Roamer at any time and may delete your account through available account settings or by contacting support@bearoamer.com.
- Account closure, access removal, and data erasure are different steps. Deletion and retention are handled as described in these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable law; termination does not promise immediate erasure of every record or other people’s copies.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.
15. Dispute resolution — binding individual arbitration
- Informal dispute resolution. Before initiating arbitration or another formal proceeding, you and Lumin agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. A notice of dispute to Lumin must be sent to support@bearoamer.com and should include your name, the email address associated with your Roamer account if applicable, a description of the dispute and relevant facts, and the relief requested. The parties will have at least thirty (30) days after receipt of a complete notice to attempt to resolve the dispute before either party initiates arbitration. To the extent permitted by law, applicable statutes of limitation will be tolled during this 30-day period.
- Agreement to arbitrate. Except for disputes expressly excluded below, you and Lumin agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, your use of the Service, your relationship with Lumin, or Lumin’s marketing of the Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court.
- This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16, to the extent applicable.
- Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its then-current Consumer Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures, as modified by these Terms and applicable law, and will be conducted before a single neutral arbitrator.
- The arbitrator will have authority to award the same individual remedies that would otherwise be available in a court of competent jurisdiction, including damages and declaratory or injunctive relief where permitted by applicable law. The arbitrator will issue a reasoned written decision sufficient to explain the essential findings and conclusions on which the award is based. Judgment on an arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
- Procedure and location. Unless the parties agree otherwise or the applicable AAA rules or arbitrator provide otherwise, an arbitration may be conducted virtually, by telephone, through written submissions, or in person. If an in-person hearing is necessary, its location will be determined in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to travel to Washington State for arbitration where doing so would conflict with applicable AAA rules or applicable law.
- Fees. Payment of filing, administrative, hearing, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, AAA’s applicable consumer fee schedule, and applicable law. Lumin will pay all arbitration costs that AAA rules or applicable law require Lumin to pay. Lumin will not seek reimbursement from you for fees that AAA rules or applicable law require Lumin to bear, except where reallocation is expressly permitted by applicable law and applicable AAA rules. Each party will ordinarily bear its own attorneys’ fees and other expenses unless applicable law, these Terms, or an arbitration award provides otherwise.
- Arbitration opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within thirty (30) days after the date you first accept these Terms. To opt out, send an email to support@bearoamer.com containing your legal name, the email address associated with your Roamer account, and an unambiguous statement that you are opting out of the arbitration agreement in the Roamer Terms of Service. Your opt-out applies only to the arbitration agreement. All other provisions remain in effect. Lumin will not penalize you or restrict your use of Roamer solely because you validly opt out of arbitration.
- Class and representative action waiver. YOU AND LUMIN AGREE THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLAIMANT, OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, COORDINATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
- Unless both you and Lumin agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person or preside over a class, collective, consolidated, coordinated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may award declaratory or injunctive relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that person’s individual claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- Jury trial waiver. TO THE EXTENT A CLAIM IS SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION UNDER THESE TERMS, YOU AND LUMIN EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. This waiver does not apply to a claim properly brought in court under an exception below or to claims covered by a valid arbitration opt-out.
- Exceptions to arbitration. Either party may bring an individual action in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction if the claim qualifies and remains in that court. Either party may seek temporary, preliminary, or emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where reasonably necessary to prevent imminent unauthorized access to or misuse of the Service, protect intellectual property rights, or prevent imminent irreparable harm, without waiving arbitration of the underlying dispute where otherwise applicable. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from reporting a matter to, communicating with, cooperating with, or seeking relief from an appropriate governmental or regulatory authority where applicable law permits.
- If AAA is unavailable. If AAA is unable or unwilling to administer a particular arbitration consistent with these Terms and applicable law, the parties will attempt in good faith to agree upon another nationally recognized arbitration provider. If the parties cannot agree, either party may ask a court of competent jurisdiction to appoint an arbitration provider or arbitrator as permitted by applicable law. The parties’ agreement to resolve covered disputes through individual arbitration does not terminate solely because AAA is unavailable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- Severability of arbitration provisions. Except as stated in the next sentence, if any portion of this Section 15 is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that portion will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law. If a final decision by a court of competent jurisdiction determines that applicable law prevents enforcement of the class or representative action waiver with respect to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request for relief will proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction, while any remaining arbitrable claims will remain subject to arbitration to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Section is intended to waive any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
16. Governing law and venue
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of Section 15 to the extent applicable.
- These Terms do not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be waived by contract.
- For disputes or claims that are not required to be arbitrated—and except for eligible individual small claims proceedings or where applicable law requires otherwise—you and Lumin consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington.
17. Changes to these Terms
- We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will show the updated version and effective date.
- If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice as required by applicable law, which may include notice by email, through the Service, or through another reasonably conspicuous method.
- Where applicable law requires affirmative consent to a change, we will request such consent. Otherwise, your continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Changes to the dispute-resolution provisions will not retroactively change the method of resolving a dispute of which the parties had actual notice before the revised Terms became effective, except where the parties agree otherwise or applicable law permits.
18. General legal terms
- Except as specifically provided in the arbitration section, if any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible or severed if necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
- These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular Service feature constitute the agreement between you and Lumin regarding your use of the Service and supersede prior agreements concerning the same subject matter.
- Lumin’s failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
- You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Lumin’s prior written consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise. Lumin may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, transfer of all or part of the Service, or by operation of law, subject to applicable law.
- Except as expressly stated in these Terms, these Terms do not create third-party beneficiary rights.
- You agree that notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications relating to the Service may be provided electronically, including through email or through the Service, subject to applicable law.
- Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, necessary retention of User Content, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and general legal terms. This does not extend a content license beyond its stated purposes or override deletion rights.
